Ring, bar, spot, coaxial and backlight LED lighting with brightness-monitoring controllers.
OPTEX FA makes LED lighting for image inspection in ring (OPR), bar (OPB), spot (OPS-S), backlight (OPF) and coaxial (OPX) forms. Every light has FALUX correction circuitry for even brightness and temperature compensation. FALUX sensing models go further: built-in photodiodes measure LED brightness and temperature, and the controller uses that data to hold factory brightness for around 40,000 hours. OPR ring lights switch between wide, condensed and low-angle illumination with attachment lenses.
The OPPX multifunction controller drives 12 V and 24 V lighting, including other makers' lights, with PWM, voltage and strobe-overdrive intensity control, and sets intensity and timing for each light independently up to 200 W. The OPPD, OPPF and OPPCW controllers and the MDF lighting-check sensor complete the range.
