The NF series fiber-optic cables pair with OPTEX FA fiber amplifiers and put the sensing point where an ordinary sensor cannot fit. Heads come in flat/square, thread, cylindrical and sleeve/side-view shapes, with flexible versions for moving machine parts.
Specialised types include wide-beam, retro-reflective and limited diffuse-reflective heads, heat-resistant and chemical/oil-resistant cables, liquid and water detection types, and attachment lenses that extend sensing distance.
