OPTEX FA's FASTUS laser displacement sensors measure distance without touching the part. The flagship CDX series combines a purpose-built ATMOS image sensor, a Neo LD low-dispersion lens and a rigid body to reach ±0.015% F.S. linearity, and connects straight to Ethernet with a built-in web server for set-up.
The CD22 is the smallest displacement sensor with a display in the 1 µm repeat-accuracy class, at 18 × 31 × 44 mm, with an automatic sampling mode for black and metallic parts that reflect little light. The range also includes the CD2H, the compact CD2S, the multi-unit CD5 and the small CD33.
