IO-Link Masters & Communication Units
16-channel IO-Link masters, hubs and network units that connect sensors to industrial Ethernet.
The UR series IO-Link master connects IO-Link and standard digital devices to industrial Ethernet. Its FPGA-based communication core gives 16 channels, double a typical master, a minimum cycle time of 0.3 ms, and the first single unit able to mix sink (NPN) and source (PNP) devices. It measures 110 × 31.4 × 63 mm and has a display with ten menu languages. The UR-DS hub and UR Explorer set-up software extend the system.
Communication units link OPTEX FA sensors to the network: the UC1-EC for EtherCAT, the UC1-EP for EtherNet/IP, the UC2 IO-Link gateway, and the CDA amplifiers and UQ1 units for displacement sensors.
