Hall-Effect Thickness Gauges
The QB7 Series measures the thickness of non-ferrous parts, including complex shapes and very thin walls.

The QB7 uses a Hall-effect sensor and a small target ball to measure the thickness of non-ferrous parts that are hard to measure by other methods such as ultrasound — complex shapes and very thin walls in PET bottles, glass containers, plastic drums, aluminium cans, rubber and composites.
The stainless-steel sensor has integrated calibration and interchangeable, wear-resistant titanium tips: a standard tip covering 0 to 22 mm and a narrow tip for grooves and irregular shapes. Standard models measure 0 to 8 mm and extended models 0 to 22 mm, with accuracy of 1 to 4 % depending on calibration and target ball. The instrument stores 32,000 readings and can run continuously on mains power.
