Data acquisition
METEODATA/HYDRODATA automatic weather and hydrological stations measure, store, and transmit data and images. They are specially designed for outdoor installation in remote unattended areas, and provide the possibility of creating systems or networks of stations made up of an undetermined number of field stations and one or more Central Stations for receiving, displaying, storing and processing all the information received.

Solar Energy Measurement
SEMS (Solar Energy Measurement System) to measure Direct Normal Irradiance (DNI), Diffuse Horizontal Irradiance (DHI) and Global Horizontal Irrandiance (GHI), as well as all of the weather parameters of interest for Photovoltaic (PV), Concentrated Photovoltaic (CPV) and Concentrated Solar Power (CSP) solar plants.

Solar Trackers - SUNTRACKER
The solar trackers SUNTRACKER Series have been developed by GEONICA to track the sun’s movement with the highest aiming accuracy (up to 0.01º) and exceptionally low power consumption (between 2W and 3W, respectively), and they can accommodate one or two Pyrheliometers to measure DNI, and one Pyranometer for the automatic measurement of DHI. The GEO-SSIM spectrometric sensor can also be installed to measure the solar spectrum of the direct radiation in real time.

Noise Monitoring System
The Noise Mapper System has been designed to monitor the environmental noise or acoustic contamination produced by road traffic in cities and roads, as well as the noise produced by airplanes and railway traffic. It also applies to the monitoring of any other source of noise disrupting the welfare of the inhabitants. This advanced environmental noise monitoring system allows real-time data transmission, generating dynamic noise maps covering the areas of interest. The system consists of the following elements: Noise Mapper-RT (Remote Terminal) for installation in the areas to be monitored. Each remote terminal includes an outdoor microphone connected to a noise processor and datalogger protected by a cabinet, which also houses a communications modem for data transmission as well an internal power supply battery pack. The Noise Mapper Remote Terminal acquires, stores and transmits the noise levels and other meteorological parameters of each location to a Central Station where the data is received, processed and displayed.
