PolyWorks|DataLoop — Measurement Data Management
Enterprise data management for 3D measurement projects, results and statistics, on-premises or in the cloud.
PolyWorks|DataLoop stores inspection projects, their revisions and 3D measurement data in a central database, hosted on-premises or deployed on Azure or AWS. Projects and measured pieces are indexed by custom properties, so a project can be found by part number or a defective piece retrieved by serial number, and access permissions protect templates and control what external collaborators can see.
Several colleagues can edit and measure the same project concurrently, including from different sites, and results can be reviewed through web and mobile interfaces by people without PolyWorks. Web-based widgets track dimensional trends and statistics as pieces are uploaded, and alerts notify the right people when a dimension goes out of tolerance or out of control.
