Calibore Bolt Tension Calibrator
A portable bolt tension calibrator for verifying almost any bolting tool.
The Calibore checks the bolt tension a tool actually produces. It works with impact wrenches, manual and pneumatic torque wrenches, nut-runners, hydraulic torque wrenches, hydraulic bolt tensioners and torque multipliers.
It comes in 350K and 1,000K capacities and weighs 17½ lb, against around 45 lb for competing units. A snap-in front plate and hex bushings, a built-in adjustable reaction bar and a solid milled two-point clamp for beam mounting make setup quick, and the gauge reads in both pounds and kilonewtons. It ships in a wheeled carrying case, and pre-drilled holes allow it to be fixed to a base or table.
