Furnace Controllers & Process Software

Nabertherm develops and builds its own standard controllers. The series 500 — B500, B510, C540, C550, P570 and P580 — range from simple program controllers to units with freely configurable parameters and many stored programs (the P580 holds 50 programs of 40 segments). All have touch operation, a choice of 24 languages and a USB interface; with NTLog Basic, process data is recorded to a USB stick as checksum-protected CSV files and can be evaluated in NTGraph, while NTEdit is used to enter programs on a PC. An Ethernet communication module is available for connection to higher-level systems.

The VCD software records process data from series 500 and 400 controllers and other Nabertherm controllers, stores up to 400 heat-treatment programs, starts and stops furnaces from a PC and archives curves from up to 16 furnaces, with PDF reports and Excel export. The MyNabertherm app monitors furnaces on mobile devices, and PLC controls and documentation packages support standards such as AMS2750H, CQI-9 and FDA requirements.
