Drying & Ageing Ovens
TR forced-convection ovens to 300 °C, KTR chamber ovens to 260 °C and forced-convection furnaces up to 850 °C.
Nabertherm TR ovens reach up to 300 °C with horizontal forced air circulation, giving temperature uniformity better than ±5 °C in the empty work space to DIN 17052-1. The TR 60 to TR 420 are table-top models and the TR 450 to TR 1050 floor-standing; all have a stainless steel chamber, removable grids for loading in several layers, an adjustable exhaust and wide-opening doors. They are used for drying, sterilising and warm storage, and standard models are available from stock.
Larger KTR chamber ovens reach 260 °C, TR .. LS ovens with safety equipment based on EN 1539 Type A are suitable for drying charges containing solvents, and forced-convection chamber furnaces reach up to 850 °C for tempering, ageing and annealing work.
