Flange Mounted Gauges & Mud Gauges
Self-contained mud pressure gauges — flange-mounted, unitized and Type F, Type D and Model 8 designs.
Matherne's flange-mounted gauge is a complete mud pressure system in a single indicator assembly: an inverted 6-inch gauge on a flanged base made to API 6A specifications, with a check valve and pulsation damper stem. The unitized mud gauge (UMG) follows the same idea on a 2-inch NPT stainless steel housing with a diaphragm cup or piston isolator, and is also available with 2-inch 1502 hammer unions.
For mud pump, standpipe and manifold duty, Matherne also supplies Type F (0–20,000 psi), Type D (0–6,000 psi) and Model 8 (0–6,000 and 0–10,000 psi) standpipe mud gauges, with dual-unit dials available in psi, kg/cm², kPa and bar.
