Deadline Anchors
Structural steel deadline anchors, proof-tested to 150% of rated capacity, for weight indicator load cells.
Matherne's deadline anchors are fabricated and welded from high-grade structural steel, with aluminium bronze wireline clamp inserts that grip the cable securely without damaging it. Each anchor is proof-tested twice to 150% of rated capacity using the largest cable size it is designed for — once with the load cell installed and once against the stop.
The MA40FS is rated for 45,000 lb deadline pull with a 16.1 in² compression load sensor and 16-inch drum. The MA60D is rated for 60,000 lb with a 36.767 in² tension load sensor and 24-inch drum. Both are sandblasted, primed with zinc-rich primer and finished in industrial enamel.
