IO-Link Masters & Modules
AL-series IO-Link masters with PROFINET, EtherNet/IP and IoT interfaces, plus IO-Link I/O modules.
IO-Link masters connect IO-Link sensors and actuators to the control system and pass process values, parameters and diagnostic data upstream. ifm's AL-series field masters come in IP67 housings for mounting directly on the machine — the AL1100, for example, has a PROFINET interface and four IO-Link ports — with versions for the food industry and for control cabinets.
Masters with an IoT interface, such as the AL1350, send data to the IT level in parallel with the control system. IO-Link modules such as the AL2330, with twelve binary outputs, add digital I/O to any master, and USB IO-Link masters are available for setting up sensors from a PC.
