O2D object recognition sensors, O2I multicode readers and O3D 3D sensors for inspection and dimensioning.
ifm's vision sensors bring image processing into a compact industrial housing. The O2D500 object recognition sensor combines contour and surface inspection for quality assurance, works reliably under changing light conditions, has an electric focus and is set up with user-friendly software. The O2I500 multicode reader reads several 1D and 2D codes and text lines simultaneously, with TCP/IP and EtherNet/IP interfaces and an integrated memory stick.
The O3D300 3D sensor measures height, width and length of rectangular objects such as cartons and parcels without contact, for volume determination and storage planning, and outputs results via switching outputs and an Ethernet process interface.
