L-Dens Inline Density & Concentration Sensors
Process density sensors that report concentration continuously from the pipeline.
The L-Dens process density sensors measure density directly in the pipeline using the same oscillating U-tube principle as the laboratory instruments, so process readings and laboratory readings speak the same language. The L-Dens 7000 series combines laboratory-grade accuracy with a compact, robust build that installs into existing process lines.
Paired with an mPDS evaluation unit or a Pico transmitter, the sensors output concentration — alcohol content, acid or caustic strength, °Brix, blend ratio — as a live process value for control and batching, replacing the sample-and-wait loop with continuous measurement.
