RM3545A, RM3548-50, RM3544 and RM3543 low-resistance meters for component, weld and conductor testing.
Hioki's four-terminal resistance meters measure very low resistances for quality control. The RM3545A offers 0.045% basic accuracy, 1 nΩ maximum resolution with a 1 A test current and a range up to 1200 MΩ, with offset voltage compensation and temperature correction. The RM3545A-2 accepts up to two Z3003 multiplexer units for 20 channels, and its high tolerance of lead and contact resistance suits automatic test equipment.
The RM3548-50 (0.1 µΩ resolution, automatic temperature correction) suits maintenance of motors, transformers, EVs and aircraft, the RM3544 is a 300 mA model, and the RM3543 measures 0.1 mΩ shunt resistors with 0.01 µΩ resolution. The RM3546 and RM3542C are newer high-resolution and high-speed models.
