LCR Meters & Impedance Analysers

Hioki LCR meters and impedance analysers cover frequencies from 1 mHz to 3 GHz for testing electronic components. The IM3536 is a general-purpose LCR meter with a test frequency of DC and 4 Hz to 8 MHz, ±0.05% representative accuracy, 1 ms fastest measurement and a DC bias function, suited to both R&D and production lines. The IM3523A and IM3533 cover up to 200 kHz for high-speed production testing.

For wider-band analysis, the IM3570 impedance analyser runs from 4 Hz to 5 MHz, and the IM7580A, IM7581, IM7583, IM7585 and IM7587 extend coverage up to 300 MHz, 600 MHz, 1.3 GHz and 3 GHz. The IM3590 chemical impedance analyser is used on batteries and materials, and a range of SMD test fixtures and probes completes the system.
