BT3554-50 battery testers for UPS maintenance and BT3560-series, BT4560 and BT6065/BT6075 instruments for cell production and R&D.
For standby batteries, the portable BT3554-50 measures internal resistance and voltage with an AC 1 kHz source and gives an immediate PASS, WARNING or FAIL judgement of lead-acid battery deterioration. Batteries can be tested while still connected to the UPS, readings are saved against site information in as little as two seconds, and the L2020 pin-type lead reaches terminals deep inside battery racks.
For cell and pack manufacturing, the BT3561A, BT3562A and BT3563A battery testers and the BT3564 (up to 1000 V DC) measure internal resistance and voltage on production lines. The BT4560-50 and BT4560-60 battery impedance meters carry out electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) from 0.01 Hz, and the BT6065 and BT6075 precision battery testers provide 6½-digit voltage measurement.
