The EQSP32 family of DIN-rail micro PLCs, built on a dual-core ESP32-S3 with 16 software-configurable I/O terminals.
The EQSP32 is a compact DIN-rail controller with screw terminals, packaged like a micro PLC but built around an open-architecture ESP32-S3 dual-core processor running at 240 MHz with 512 kB RAM and 8 MB flash. Its 16 EQVersal terminals are assigned in software: any of them can be a 24 V-tolerant digital input, a 1 A PWM output or a relay-coil driver, ports 1–8 add 12-bit 0–10 V, 4–20 mA and NTC thermistor inputs, and ports 9–16 add hardware pulse counters and high-speed digital outputs.
All models share the same I/O, software library and expansion port, and differ in how they connect: the EQSP32CE adds wired Ethernet, the EQSP32C-X has an external Wi-Fi/Bluetooth antenna for metal enclosures, the EQSP32CL-X adds long-range LoRa, and the EQSP32CE-X combines Ethernet with an external antenna. A watchdog disables the outputs on software failure, and a built-in buzzer and status LEDs are provided.
