Industrial Communication — Ethernet, RS485 & CAN
Wired and wireless interfaces built into the EQSP32 — Ethernet, RS232/RS485, CAN bus, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and optional LoRa or 2G.
Every EQSP32 has a software-selectable RS232/RS485 serial port supporting Modbus master and slave and DMX512, and a CAN bus interface supporting CANopen and SAE J1939, all with surge protection. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Low Energy are built in, and the CE models add 10/100 wired Ethernet.
Where there is no local network, the EQSP32CL-X adds LoRa for long-range links between nodes, and the EQX2G-X expansion module adds quad-band GSM/GPRS for SMS alerts and cellular data. MQTT is supported directly for connection to brokers, Home Assistant and Node-RED.
