Gas Detection Control Panels

A control panel powers the fixed detectors, displays their readings and switches the alarms, ventilation and shutdowns. Gasmaster is a compact panel for one to four gas or fire detectors, with a large display showing every channel at once and analogue, relay and Modbus outputs. Vortex monitors up to 12 channels, including fire, with as many as 32 output relays, and is offered in rack and panel formats and as the flameproof Vortex FP for Zone 1 and Zone 2 areas.

For larger sites, the GM addressable controllers take 16, 64 or 128 channels on a modular design and group them into zones, while Sensitron's Multiscan++ panels manage up to 256 detectors, with SIL2 certification and dedicated car park and marine versions. The Crowcon HMI touchscreen brings several Vortex or Gasmaster panels onto one screen, where alarms can be accepted and reset and detectors inhibited for calibration.
