Rodless Cylinders & Compact Air Bellows
Series RTC rodless cylinders for long strokes in little space, and bellow actuators for short-stroke, high-force work.
AVENTICS Series RTC rodless cylinders give a long stroke in a compact length, using an oval piston and a one-piece slide/piston unit. Four variants — basic, slide bearing, compact guide and heavy-duty for large loads — cover piston diameters from 16 mm to 80 mm and strokes up to 9,900 mm, with high repeatability.
For short strokes and high forces, the Series BCP bellow actuators have firmly flanged steel covers and natural-rubber bellows as standard, with a heat-resistant version in epichlorohydrin rubber (ECO) and a corrosion-resistant version with stainless steel covers. Single and double bellows are available, and the Series BRB rolling-lobe actuators give a nearly constant force over the stroke.
