The AVENTICS Series 740/840 directional valves use a soft, abrasion-free diaphragm. The simple, robust design suits all air qualities and gives high repeatability and long service life, and the corrosion-resistant polyamide housing handles dusty and damp environments. Versions include single and double air pilot and single-solenoid 5/2 valves, including a cold-resistant version down to −15 °C.
The range also includes Series ST spool valves with a hardened stainless steel housing and metal sealing system, and Series AP poppet valves in aluminium with roller, lever, pedal, push-button or plunger actuation. For isolating a system, the Series AS air preparation range includes 3/2 shut-off valves, among them lockable ball-valve versions.
