An air tool only performs as well as the air line that feeds it. Chicago Pneumatic recommends a filter, regulator and lubricator — in that order — for pre-tool air preparation, and its composite FRL units come in 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" BSP and NPT sizes to keep air clean, at the right pressure and lubricated.
The air line range also includes four types of couplings, rubber and polyurethane hoses (including the lightweight, antistatic EFFI MAX series), the CP Air Flex swivel that makes rigid hoses flexible, ball valves, oilers, nipples, hose reels and air fuses. Genuine spare parts and service kits keep tools running to specification.
