These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the website, products, and services of General Tech Services L.L.C (“General Tech Services”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing our website, requesting a quotation, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

General Tech Services provides accredited calibration, equipment repair, retrofit and upgrade, instrumentation, automation, rental, and the supply of industrial products as an authorized distributor for a range of global manufacturers.

Service availability, accreditation scope, calibration ranges, and turnaround times are indicated at the time of quotation and may vary by instrument type, parameter, and laboratory capacity.

All quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation and are subject to change thereafter. Prices are exclusive of VAT and any applicable duties, freight, or third-party charges unless expressly stated otherwise.

An order is confirmed only upon our written acceptance of your purchase order or instruction. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including where pricing or product information has been published in error.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due in accordance with the terms stated on our invoice. Goods supplied remain the property of General Tech Services until payment has been received in full.

We reserve the right to withhold delivery, calibration certificates, or serviced equipment until all outstanding amounts have been settled.

Calibration and repair work is carried out in accordance with applicable standards and, where relevant, our ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation scope. Calibration certificates are issued on completion of the work.

Estimated turnaround times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed and may be affected by instrument condition, the need for spare parts, or factors outside our reasonable control.

Products supplied carry the warranty offered by their respective manufacturers. Repair and retrofit work is warranted against defects in workmanship for the period stated on the relevant service report or invoice.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, unauthorized modification, normal wear and tear, or operation outside the manufacturer’s specified conditions.

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your equipment and its intended use, and for ensuring that items submitted for service are safe to handle and free from hazardous contamination.

While we exercise due care in handling customer equipment, items are left with us at the owner’s risk. Uncollected equipment may be subject to storage charges after the notified collection period.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any service or product shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific service or product.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of production, profit, or data, however arising.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of General Tech Services or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Brand names and logos remain the property of their respective owners and are used to identify the products we are authorized to supply and service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate of Sharjah, UAE.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page, and continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
